Once you have created an “Activity” to track, added the participants, you may elect to add the hours to each participant yourself. These instructions will review that process.
Log into your Administrative Dashboard
If you cannot reach an administrative side click on the "Contact Us" button in the upper right side of the screen.
Locate the Activities Box on you Admin Dashboard.
It will be the box with the blue ribbon icon and click on the blue words “Create an Activity” .
Click on the blue words “Assign & Track Volunteers & Hours” under the box with the "Blue Ribbon" icon
You will now need to select the activity that you wish to add and then edit member’s hours. To the right of the activities name click on the heads.
Click on the green plus "Plus" sign to the right of the name of your participant you wish to add hours.
