How do I manage my admin password?

There is will be times when you wish to change or retrieve your Administrative password for the Just Between Friends system.  It is important to remember that the initial password or “Household” side password is different than the admin side.  You can only change the admin password from the administrative side of the system.

Requesting a new admin password you have lost

1. Log into the household side of the system at www.justbetweenfriends.com

    

2. Click on the admin button towards the top right of your screen

   If you do not see an "Admin" button you do not have current admin permissions and should click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page so we may assist you.

    

3. Under the Log in button on this page click on “Reset Your ADMIN Password”

    

   

4. Log into the household side of the system at www.justbetweenfriends.com

5. Click on the button “Reset Password”

   You will get a dialog box like the one shown below.  Use the dropdown arrow to the right of the “Use Email” box to select the email you wish the password to be sent to.  Click on the “I Accept” box to agree to the terms and conditions

    

6. And finally, click on the green button with “OK”

   Check your email account selected for the new password and use that password to log into your admin side. Now, change your admin password in the system.

Changing your admin password you have lost

1. Log into the admin side of your account

    

2. Click on “Our Account” in the upper right side of the screen above your home button and select Admin Password & Preferences from the drop-down menu

   

3. You will type in your current admin password and then the new admin password you wish

    

   

4. Once you have entered your new password please remember to click the "Save"  button in the lower right-hand corner of the box

   You will get a dialog box like the one shown below.  Use the dropdown arrow to the right of the “Use Email” box to select the email you wish the password to be sent to.  Click on the “I Accept” box to agree to the terms and conditions
