Getting Parents Help

 

By creating and using an invitation code you will be able to request that parents add and update their own account information and add their own children to the grades of classrooms.  This takes a burden off the administrator for the system.  Other uses include individuals self-requesting newsletter communications, school notices, to be part of volunteer groups and updating information for directory purposes. 

Don’t miss out using this method for adding people to your groups.  Other methods of entry are always available.


  1. Log into your Administrative Dashboard.

    If you cannot reach an administrative side click on the "Contact Us" button in the upper right side of the screen.

  2. Click on “View or Modify Your Groups” under the “Blue Book” icon.

  3. Click on “Invitation Codes” tab.

    Be sure to be in the group you wish to manage an invite, usually at school level.

  1. Select “Create a Group Invitation Code” or modify the school one with the letters “tok” on the end.

  2. Set your parameters if new or if modifying click on the peoples head to the right of the code and select groups to be attached.

    In both cases select groups to be associated with the invitation code for children and adults respectively.

  3. Click on green “Save” button.
