Checklist for the Directory

 

Creating a School (Student) Directory from the Just Between Friends system brings together the various pieces of information created and managed by admins in the system for your group.  Note: there is a “Community Roster” report that list people in a group; this is not the student directory discussed here.  You may use this document as a checklist to be sure all your items are in place.

  1. Review and add groups as needed.

     

  2. Add grades and classrooms.

     

  3. Test your invitation code.

     

  1. Print sample directory.

     

  2. Request that members update their family information (add their children to grades or classrooms).

     

  3. Link children to classrooms or grades as needed.

     

  4. Repeat until satisfied.
