Putting students in a grade or classroom

 

In order to print out a school directory; the students (not the parents) must be assigned or linked to Grades/Classes so they will print in the directory correctly.  This will be an iterative process in most cases.  Repeat steps below as needed.  This process will create both niche communication groups and the capability to print by grade or classroom.

  1. Log into your Administrative Dashboard.

    If you cannot reach an administrative side click on the "Contact Us" button in the upper right side of the screen.

  2. Under the "Happy Face " icon click on the words "View Your People".

  3. Create a view that will show everyone in your unit or school by clicking on the "Show Me..." button.

  1. Once you see everyone in the unit or school find your children and click on the box to the left of their name to put a checkmark in it.

  2. Click on the Actions Button.

You may do more than one child and multiple pages at a time.

  1. Select "Actions Affecting Selected People".

  2. You will be using "Add People to Another Group".

Unless you are trying to move a student from one grade/classroom to another, in which case select “Move People to Another Group” .
