Taking replies to your email communications

 

At times, you may wish to receive replies to your notices.  By selecting this option when sending a notice, you will receive an email in response whenever the recipient clicks reply.  If you do not elect to receive replies and the person receiving the notice clicks on their reply button, it will go directly back to a no-reply email address at Just Between Friends.  In other words no one will be reviewing the email reply. 

Use caution when applying this feature.  Your email will be visible to all recipients in your group.  Note:  This is not a RSVP function.


  1. When creating your notice, move to the second to the last section of your notice page, towards the bottom, called “Reply Options”

    Once you have created a notice you may determine your reply options. Please view How to Create a Communication Notice if you do not know how set up a notice in the system.

  1. Select your reply option

    You have 2 options from which to select. The default is “I will not accept email replies to this message.  You will wish to change it to “I will accept replies by email". Use my email address as the Reply-to address.” if you want to get messages back. If you choose this, the replies will come back to your email address. Simply click the first radio button to accept this option.
