Invalid Email addresses

 

Invalid emails are those email addresses that over time have proven undeliverable. So instead of not knowing whether or not your email is delivered to the recipient, the “Invalid Email” function will show you all bounced back emails. It is important to note that the bounce back is reflective of multiple undeliverable attempts.

 

  1. Log into the Administrator Dashboard.

  2. Click on "View Your People".

  3. Select the "Actions" button in the upper left of your page, next to the "Show Me" button.

  4. From the drop down menu select "Manage Invalid Emails".




  5. You will receive a list of names of people whose emails have bounced back 10 times or more and those people who do not have any email addresses associated with their account.

 

   
Note: you will only get a list of bad addresses if you have sent out enough communications in the past to actually receive bounce backs.

 

  1. To quickly edit bad email addresses click on the button labeled to the right of the name of the household you wish to change.

  2. In the dialog box that appears, edit the email address in the “Email Address” field.

 

Now click the "Save"  button.
