When we speak of blank cards, we are referring to a card that has all information on it except the member's name. You will still print this on card stock that you receive from your state.
Even before you mark your members paid in the system, you may wish to print PTA cards without member's names on them. You may wish to take these to events where you sell PTA memberships so you can give someone their card at same time you take their dues payment.
Before doing the actual printing on card stock it is important to review the printing directions below.
Be sure your popup blocker is disabled or allows popups from the Just Between Friends site.
Always print a test sheet when creating cards, to see if they line up properly.
Feed one sheet at a time into your printer.Card stock will sometimes pull through unevenly in printers.
IMPORTANT: on the printer dialog box set page scaling to “None”. If you do not do this piece, the first set of cards line up but then eventually creep up and end up with the last three rows not lined up.
If the practice sheet does not line up, adjust the Vertical Offset by .05 and run a test sheet again. (See instructions below).
Attempt to print cards in multiples of ten (such as 10, 20, 30...100 etc...) so you can use entire sheets, because you cannot run partial card stock through printers in most cases.
If you cannot reach the administrative side, click on the "Contact Us" button in the upper right side of the screen.

If you do not see this, you may not have the correct permissions in the system or they may have expired. Please click on "Contact Us" to check on your Admin status.
Be sure “Blank Cards with PTA Unit Info Only” radio button is selected.
Checkmark “Show Term Dates On Blank Cards”.
You may wish to override the default term date for your unit. To do so, place a checkmark in the box labeled “Show Term Dates On Blank Cards”.
Place a checkmark in the box labeled “Use Term Period Defined Below”.
Enter date in “Term Start” field
Enter date in “Term End” field
Select a vertical offset (you may also wish to think of this as a top margin.) Start with .35 or .30 and adjust as needed. Follow the hints at the beginning of the instructions.
