With Just Between Friends, units can communicate effectively with their entire school. Using the system, units have the ability to attach files of the most popular formats to their emails; create sub-groups; and automatically send reminders. And newly offered are email templates to add color and excitement to your email communication deliveries.

When a PTA leader sends out an email announcing an event or deadline, those events or deadlines will automatically appear on the household calendar. If the family has children in multiple schools or if parents are members of multiple PTAs, the system will consolidate those events and deadlines into a single customizable calendar.
